How to use:
Dissolve into hot/warm water and add to your bath or foat soak. If taking a bath immerse your entire body including your head in the water. 
If you can only do a shower let the water cool and strain out the herbs, then pour the liquid over your head after you’ve showered. Don’t rinse it off.
